I begin building the book page by page. I organize the visual pacing of the entire work, sketch the characters, and define the composition of each scene so that the story flows naturally. I also incorporate the text, adjust its placement, and refine the layout of every page. Once finished, I will present the sketches to you for review and approval before moving forward.

In this phase, I prepare more detailed sketches, with better-defined characters, backgrounds, and scenes. I begin to bring the protagonists to life by working on their expressions, gestures, and personalities. I will deliver these sketches to you so you can review them at your own pace and let me know if every page conveys the emotion you are looking for before moving on to color and final rendering.

Finally, I apply the definitive color palette to the approved sketches and bring each illustration to its final rendering. I work on the light, atmosphere, textures, and details that bring every page to life. Once everything is approved, I prepare the optimized final artwork, ready for print or digital publication. Upon delivery, the work is entirely in your hands: you will hold exclusive exploitation rights as agreed, giving you full freedom to publish and commercialize it.

A contract/agreement will always be signed by both parties before the project begins. You retain 100% of the commercial exploitation rights to the work. The digital contract guarantees your intellectual property from the very first payment.

You will receive high-resolution digital files optimized in the proper formats and ready for print, as well as versions adapted for digital self-publishing platforms. You will also receive a publication-ready PDF of the book.

The budget is divided into 3 milestones:

Milestone 1: 10% of the total amount
Initial character design, book cover, or overall layout.

Milestone 2: 45% of the total amount
Pencil sketches, sketch reviews, and adjustments.

Milestone 3: 45% of the total amount
Final artwork and delivery of the completed project.

Yes. Each phase includes rounds of free revisions on the submitted sketches to ensure that every page captures the right tone.
